Are you interested in becoming a Deacon?

Our Church is always in need of additional helpers in the vineyard!!  If you are interested in being a Deacon and the Deacon Formation Program please contact Deacon Dan (dskopczyk@verizon.net) or Deacon Ray Van Pelt (rvanpelt@stjoanarc.org).  The Formation Program is a four year program that begins in the summer of 2021.  Upcoming information sessions for prospective aspirants for 2021 program are at: 

Saturday, December 5 at 7 pm on Zoom, 
Thursday, January 7 at 7 pm at Our Lady of Perpetual Help in Ellicott City, 
Sunday, January 10 at 3 pm at St. Ignatius in Ijamsville,
Wednesday, January 27 at 6 pm at St. Bernadine in Baltimore, and
Wednesday, February 10 at 7 pm on Zoom.


Prospective attendees should register with Kristine Arata, Kristine.Arata@archbalt.org.  Registering allows the office to alert them if adjustments are made to the schedule. 

Applications are only available to those who attend an information session, or after special consideration with a member of the formation team: Fr. Mike Triplett (mtriplett@archbalt.org), Deacon Larry Matheny (lmatheny@e-stignatius.org), and Deacon Scott Lancaster (slancaster1@stlouisparish.org).
